SHOCKING: A 3 Word Message for Angry Fans from Giants Quarterback

The New York Giants lost to the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night, September 26, in a tight game that ended 20-15, leaving both fans and players frustrated. Giants head coach Brian Daboll is now 0-5 against the Cowboys, and the team has dropped 14 of its last 15 matchups with Dallas.

Franchise quarterback Daniel Jones showed improvement in his performance but expressed his frustration over the loss. He also had a message for fans who are anxious about the team’s record. In a press conference after the game, Jones shared a straightforward sentiment about the team’s outlook moving ahead.

“We’re not discouraged,” he stated.

This comment followed a question about whether he felt positive about competing closely with the Cowboys.

“No, we don’t feel good about losing,” he replied. “We didn’t do enough to win, and we’re frustrated. While we remain confident in our abilities, we don’t feel good about the loss.”

When asked about the challenges of getting his team into the end zone, Jones admitted it was “very frustrating.”

“We’re expected to score touchdowns and put points on the board,” he said. “We moved the ball well at times but didn’t execute in the red zone, which is disappointing.”

Jones was also questioned about the team’s inability to score a touchdown at home this season.

“Yeah, we need to finish drives,” he acknowledged. “We did well in Cleveland and Washington. The field is the same size; we just have to find a way to get it done.”

Jones had a strong performance, completing 72.5% of his passes—29 out of 40—for 281 yards, with one sack and one interception that occurred during a Hail Mary attempt.

In the postgame press conference, coach Brian Daboll praised Jones, noting, “It was a tough, competitive game that came down to the end. We missed some opportunities to advance the ball, but the quarterback played well and made many good decisions and throws. We struggled to establish our run game, and they did a good job defending it. The big play to #88 (CeeDee Lamb) was significant. Overall, it was a competitive game; credit to them for the win.”
