Jordan Burch played a pivotal role in top-ranked Oregon’s victory over Maryland. Although the standout defensive end exited with an apparent injury to his right leg, it is not expected to be serious.

Burch recorded three tackles, including a sack, broke up two passes, forced a fumble that led to a defensive touchdown, and executed a 36-yard run on a fake punt, contributing significantly to the Ducks’ 39-18 win over the Terrapins on Saturday at Autzen Stadium. The senior went down midway through the third quarter, limped to the sideline, and was assessed in the injury tent but did not return to the game.
