OFFICIAL: Bears Wide Receiver Back And Expected To Play According To The Report

Earlier today on the FOX Pregame Show, NFL Insider Jay Glazer stated that Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze planned to play tonight against the Houston Texans. The Bears still have him labeled as questionable, and he’ll test his knee before the game, but he’s expected to play.

Glazer said that veteran wideout Keenan Allen, who is questionable due to a heel issue, is slated to miss tonight.

Adam Schefter tweeted last night that Odunze was tracking to play and that Allen would test his heel before the game.

Yesterday, the Bears promoted wide receiver Collin Johnson as insurance in case they needed another player at the position.
