INJURY UPDATE: Two Broncos Starting defenders return to practice ahead of Week 3 game vs Buccaneers

In advance of the Broncos’ Week 3 matchup with the Buccaneers, starting defenders Brandon Jones (foot) and John Franklin-Myers (concussion) returned to practice on Thursday as limited participants.

Jones and Franklin-Myers didn’t work out on Wednesday.

For the second day in a row, safety JL Skinner (ankle) and outside linebacker Baron Browning (foot) did not play.

For Thursday’s practice, all five of the Broncos’ limited participants from Wednesday—wide receiver Josh Reynolds (Achilles) and defensive end Zach Allen (shoulder), tight ends Greg Dulcich (knee/ankle) and Adam Trautman (shoulder)—improved to full participants.

 

On Friday, the Broncos will announce the status of their three-week games.
