LATEST NEWS: 23 Years Old Tigers Player Added to Injured List

Colt Keith left the game early after injuring his right shoulder. He dove to stop a single from Tommy Pham in the fifth inning and later decided to exit before the bottom of the eighth. This is the same shoulder he injured while playing for High-A West Michigan in 2022, which limited him to just 48 games that season. However, Keith noted that this injury feels different from the previous one that caused him to miss significant time.

I didn’t feel great throwing after that dive, so I took myself out,” he explained. “We’ll see how it goes tomorrow or in the next few days when I get checked out.”

The 23-year-old, who hit a two-run homer on Monday, is currently batting .264 with 13 home runs and 58 RBIs in 139 games this season.
