Due to right shoulder fatigue, Houck hasn’t pitched since September 4.
He was slated to make his Yankee Stadium comeback on September 13, but he was scratched less than an hour before the game started. After the Red Sox’s 8-3 loss to the Rays on Tuesday, manager Alex Cora of the team declared that Houck will start on Wednesday night.
