Tyreek Hill is determined not to give up on the season.
The Miami Dolphins faced a tough 30-17 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This defeat ended their three-game winning streak and brought their record to 5-7.
On Friday, Hill shared a message of reassurance with Dolphins fans on X, promising, “We will continue to fight.”
The top reply to Hill’s post, fittingly from a Dolphins fan, reflected the sting of Miami’s loss to Green Bay.
“Unless it’s cold outside,” the fan quipped in response.
The Dolphins have long struggled in cold-weather games, and their woes continued against the Packers. At kickoff, Thursday’s game registered a brisk 27 degrees with 10-mph winds, setting the stage for another tough outing.
Green Bay jumped to a commanding 24-3 halftime lead, leaving Miami unable to mount a second-half comeback. Despite the loss, Tyreek Hill delivered a solid performance, hauling in six receptions for 84 yards and a touchdown.
Entering the matchup, the Dolphins had lost 11 consecutive games with kickoff temperatures below 40 degrees. Their last victory in such conditions came in a 2016 overtime win against the Buffalo Bills.
After the game, several Dolphins players used one word repeatedly to sum up their underwhelming performance.
